Wells are at the center of their communities, serving as spaces to commune and replenish. The Visual Arts Center of Richmond has acted as the spring; the vast resources of the studios, the educators, and fellow artists have led to personal moments of growth, learning, and experimentation. With work as varied as the artists involved, we all found sustenance in this space, on the journey, and in the making.
