Printing Patterns: Screen Printed Fabric Design
Students learn to create repeating patterns and print them onto fabric. You'll explore pattern design techniques and get hands-on experience with screen printing large repeating patterns onto fabric. By the end, you'll have a yard of fabric completely designed by you for you next project!

About the Instructor
Carrie Garrison
Carrie Garrison has been making art since she was old enough to hold a crayon. She graduated in 2020 from the University of Tennessee with a BFA in Graphic Design and during the pandemic got her Master's in Art Education. During the pandemic, Carrie returned to her fine art roots working in ceramics, printmaking, painting and digital art. Carrie recently moved to RVA and is enjoying exploring a new city!
