Pattern Weaving on a Frame Loom

Learn how to create simple patterns using a frame loom. Students will review some frame loom weaving basics, including warping and plain weave. Weaving will include 2 shuttles to create twill and chevron patterns and exploring how small variations can create different pattern effects.

About the Instructor

Kate Koconis

Kate Koconis is a weaver and owner/creator of L.B.S. Studio. She been weaving and exploring all that the craft has to offer for the last 16 years. She weaves out of her home studio, in Providence Forge, VA.
