Customizing Action Figures
Learn how to upcycle old toys and turn them into your own characters! Want to make a fully posable action figure or an abstract art toy? How about both? Students will use epoxy clay to sculpt various additions to our creations as well as implementing the “kit-bash” technique of mixing odds and ends for the desired result. Package design and making a card back for our toys will also be part of the fun!
Special Notes
- Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.
On-site courses do not come with studio access outside of class time. Paid open studio access is available through our Studio Access Program. Please visit visarts.org for more information.
