3D Modeling + Printing with Nomad Sculpt

Learn the fundamentals of Nomad Sculpt and explore your creativity in 3D modeling. Students will learn the interface of Nomad Sculpt on the iPad, complete themed exercises to develop skill and increased proficiency in the program. Students will have free time during the class to work on personal project ideas and get assistance in their designing process.

Basic fundamentals of 3D printing using the filament printers will be shared and students will print several of their experiments with designs.

Students will leave with a portfolio of designs that shows their growth with Nomad Sculpt as well as basic knowledge of how to use a filament 3D printer and completed prints of some of their projects.

Special Notes

  • You can bring your own iPad and compatible stylus (ex. Apple Pencil)
  • iPads provided for use in class if student doesn’t bring one.
  • No knowledge of Apple products needed.
  • Student needs a Google drive to store their files in.
