Make a Copper Cuff Bracelet
Transform copper into a stunning bracelet using foldforming in this workshop. Create a cuff with elegant folds that add flair to any outfit while learning techniques like annealing, sawing, hammering, and texturing. Finishing methods and patinas will also be covered. Work at your own pace and explore design options as you discover the joy of foldforming. Previous experience with jewelry tools is helpful, but all skill levels are welcome.
Special Notes
- All materials provided. Please wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothing. Students are encouraged to bring a lunch or snack.
Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.

About the Instructor
Jeannine Metzfield
Jeannine’s journey forged a path into metalsmithing in 2002. She has studied Metals at Virginia Commonwealth University, The Visual Arts Center, Arrowmont and Penland School of Crafts. She currently teaches metalsmithing at The Visual Arts Center, as well as to private clients. In her studio she is inspired by the beauty and strength of nature. In her classes she promotes caring for the earth and connection to spirit.
