New Tricks in Unusual Book Structures

Explore the world of unusual folded book structures that go way beyond the simple accordion. In this class, you will discover multiple techniques to create intriguing books that you can use as sketchbooks, journals, gifts, or portfolios. We’ll delve into the crown binding, the Australian piano hinge, Turkish map folds, hidden flaps, pockets, and other interesting designs. Additionally, we’ll dig into ways of making engaging covers, and figure out what the heck to put inside the pages of all those wondrous books!
