Pinhole Cameras: Family Portraits (Adults and Youth 9+ with a Registered Adult)
Create artful black & white portraits of yourself and others through the hundreds-year-old process of pinhole photography. The simple process of creating a pinhole camera out of an enclosed container, like an oatmeal box or paint can, is fun to do. Learn how to make pinhole portraits on light-sensitive darkroom paper and experiment with various locations and compositions.
Special Notes
If under 18, student must be accompanied by a registered adult. Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible. Jud Judson
Jud Judson is a multi-medium artist based in Richmond, VA. With a focus in Darkroom practices, they like to explore other mediums through their photography. As a self-taught artist, they have formed a passion, for ceramics, screen-printing, letterpress, and mixed media printing processes.
