Conference Room
- Capacity for 20 seated
- Seated meetings, wireless data hook up, LCD projector, screen, small wet bar for beverages or lunch (client must arrange and provide)
- $300 for all day or any part of the day
Dominion Community Room
- Capacity for 100 for a seated meal using 5-ft. rounds and 175 using theatre-style seating. State-of-the-art data video projector, VCR/DVD player, 12 x 12 ft. projection screen, audio mixer and speakers, lectern with microphone. Small catering kitchen located adjacent to Room. After-hours security and staff rates apply as well as a $100 housekeeping fee.
- $1,000 for a 4-hour event, plus set-up and clean-up
Commons
- Capacity for 250 for a stand-up reception. Catering kitchen available (client must provide caterer). After-hours security and staff rates apply as well as a $100 housekeeping fee. True F. Luck Gallery can be open by request if available and at an additional fee.
- $1,500 for a 4-hour event, plus set-up and clean-up
Courtyard
- Capacity for 100 for a stand-up reception or 50 for a seated event. Interior catering kitchen available (client must provide caterer). After hours security and staff rates apply as well as a $100 housekeeping fee.
- $800 for a 4-hour event, plus set-up and clean-up
Commons & Courtyard
- Capacity for 300-350 people for a combination stand-up reception with seated options in the courtyard. Interior catering kitchen available (client must provide caterer). After hours security and staff rates apply as well as a $100 housekeeping fee. Gallery can be open by request if available and at an additional fee.
