Yoga & Mandalas

All Levels

Work with Nora to create and use mandala painting as a self-inquiry tool.  This two-day workshop will offer an opportunity to explore the world of mandalas. The practice of Hatha Yoga and meditation before getting ready to draw our mandalas will help us to tap into the depth of our Inner Selves, where our wisdom resides.  This process will help shed light to aspects of ourselves that are covered by the constant chattering of the mind, therefore giving us deeper understanding of who we are and how we relate to people and our environment. No experience with yoga or drawing is necessary. Bring your mat and wear comfortable clothes.

Tuition: $100 ($85 members)
Materials fee: $10
