The Visual Arts Center of Richmond offers studio classes in a wide range of arts. Ours is the largest non-university program in metro Richmond, with more than 400 classes for adults and children throughout the year.
Whether you are a novice or professional, interested in contemporary art or traditional crafts, the Visual Arts Center of Richmond has a class just right for you and your family!
Winter-Spring Classes: January – May 2012

Art classes are available for everyone! Tuition assistance, based on income, is available by application. Please fill out our Adult Scholarship Application and send it to us NOW!
Please register at least one week before start date of the class so we can guarantee enrollment.*
*Also note that our online registration process does not have a tracker to automatically close a class when it fills. All registrations are processed by VisArts staff and the website is updated accordingly. We do our best to update the website in a timely manner to better accommodate your registration needs!
Classes run with a minimum of 50% enrollment capacity. Help ensure your class fills sufficiently by inviting a friend to join you!
